Marvel Announces Phase 6 Slate with Fantastic Four and X-Men Integration

Marvel Studios has officially unveiled its Phase 6 roadmap at Comic-Con, revealing how the Fantastic Four and X-Men will be integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the next four years.
The announcement, made by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige, includes release dates for eight new films and five Disney+ series, culminating in a two-part Avengers event that will bring together characters from across the multiverse.
"Phase 6 represents the most ambitious storytelling we've ever attempted," Feige told the enthusiastic crowd. "We're bringing together heroes and storylines that fans have been waiting decades to see on the big screen together."
The Fantastic Four reboot, titled "Fantastic Four: First Steps," will launch Phase 6 in July 2025, followed by the first X-Men film in the MCU, "X-Men: Children of the Atom," scheduled for November 2025.
Other highlights include a Doctor Doom solo film, a Young Avengers movie, and the return of Robert Downey Jr. in a mysterious role that Feige described as "not what fans expect." The phase will conclude with "Avengers: Secret Wars" in 2028.
